Please take important Survey for OCD Ireland
Masters students in DIT are working on a project for OCD Ireland. OCD Ireland would be very grateful if readers could please send this to any one you know, regardless of their knowledge of OCD, and ask them to do it (after you take it of course!). The purpose of the survey is to measure the level of awareness of OCD and OCD Ireland, and then see how people would like to receive or come across this information. We would appreciate if you took the time to answer a few questions about OCD. It only takes 5mins and it will really help us gather the information we need. Thank you very much for your time. Click HERE to take the survey.

This is Kevin Walsh. He has OCD and he wants the world to see he has embraced it. and not be ashamed of it. Kevin sent us these pics and explained he has had CBT and now leads a pretty normal life regardless of his OCD. He said he wanted people to see it is ok to have this disorder. Kevin also said he would like to dedicate these photos to his friend, TW. he said that TW was a great source of support when the OCD was bad. Unfortunately TW died in a car accident.
What to look for in a Therapist?
OCD Ireland has created the following guide with respect to help you choosing a therapist. It has been adapted from: "How To Choose a Behavior Therapist" by Michael Jenike, MD as well as the International OCD Foundation Guide. It can be downloaded here (.doc) or here (.pdf)
