A must read for anybody who suffers from trichotillomania (May 12, 2005)This is the first book I read on the subject of trichotillomania, and I felt as if Cheryn were talking to me personally. I cried tears of relief to know that others had this disorder, and that they shared so much in common with me. Trichotillomania is a disorder of isoaltion and secrecy. That is almost worst than the hair pulling itself. This book truly helped me to understand that I was not alone, and to know that others felt the same way and had gone through many of the same things. Cheryn is personable, sincere, compassionate and loving, and this book will reach out and touch any body who reads it.
