      What are some signs of depression?

  • Loss of appetite
  • Weight loss
  • Early morning awakenings
  • Lack of energy
  • Too much sleeping
  • Sadness
  • Crying, especially without knowing why
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Feelings of hopelessness
  • Feelings of helplessness
  • Lack of interest in things that were of interest to the person
  • Lack of enjoyment of life
